1. Agreement
By registering for or participating in Hack4Hyd ("the Event"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the Official Rules published on this website.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be currently enrolled students. Teams may consist of 1-4 members. Organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility and revoke registration for misrepresentation.
3. Registration & Payments
Registration fees are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law or at the sole discretion of the organizers. Registration confirms your intent to participate but does not guarantee selection for the physical finale.
4. Intellectual Property
Teams retain full ownership of their projects. By participating, you grant Hack4Hyd a non-exclusive license to showcase, photograph, and promote winning projects and event activities for marketing purposes.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or violation of venue rules may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
6. Liability
Hack4Hyd and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants attend at their own risk.
7. Changes
The schedule, venue, rules, and prizes are subject to change. Material changes will be communicated via email and website announcements. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
