3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers: Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and GitHub (source code). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Registration and contact data is retained for the duration of the event cycle and up to two years thereafter for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure payment processing. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
